New Charity feels the benefits of putting in strong CRM foundations with JunariCRM+
The Mix is a young-person led charity, located in Stowmarket, Suffolk, whose aim is to make a positive difference in the lives of young people in the area. The charity caters for youngsters aged 11 – 25 years of age. In April 2014 they opened the doors to their fantastic new £6million funded architect designed building which is the nerve-centre of the charity’s operations and offers a fabulous range of resources & activities for youngsters in the area.
At the same time as they were opening, they asked us to go meet their senior team and talk about how they might put in place a much needed CRM system to help them manage the service delivery, revenue generating activities they do. So it was lovely to receive some recent feedback describing how The Mix’s team felt about living with the reality of JunariCRM+
